One-to-one or small group classes allow the practice to be tailored to your specific needs and desires and are great for students of all levels. If you are just starting out, private sessions are great for breaking down postures and setting good foundations and if you are more experienced, they allow you to deepen your understanding and develop your practice with the option of working towards specific asanas. Private classes provide the opportunity to work at your own pace, on a more personal level resulting in faster progress.
Taking into account your experience and goals, we can discuss what you are looking to gain to fully personalise your sessions. I can also help you to develop sequences and a programme for your own self-practice if that is something you want to take further.
These bespoke sessions can either take place in your home, somewhere outdoors (if the sun is shining) or at a central London studio. Which means the only thing you'll really need to worry about is your post-class snacks.
