Sweden Retreat

27th July - 1st August 2027

Sweden has always held a special place in my heart. I’ve travelled there many times over the years, teaching workshops, classes and teacher trainings across the country, so hosting a retreat there has always felt inevitable. I was simply waiting for the right place and the right moment to appear and eventually, they did.

So come spend a week with me in the Swedish summer, one of my favourite times to be there. Long days, fresh air, beautiful nature and a slower pace of life create the perfect setting to properly reset. Together we’ll enjoy nourishing food, meaningful connection, plenty of laughter and a range of practices designed to help you reconnect to yourself and return home feeling grounded, restored and more like you again.

The Location 

 

Set on the southern tip of Väddö in the Stockholm archipelago, our secluded retreat centre has been designed for stillness, movement and presence. Surrounded by deep forests, wild coastline and the open sea, it’s the kind of place where life naturally slows down.

 

Just 90 minutes from Stockholm, this peaceful archipelago hideaway feels like a world away from everyday life. Days here are shaped by nature, think forest walks, cold sea dips, golden sunsets, quiet mornings and evenings spent unwinding in the sauna. A peaceful Scandinavian sanctuary designed to help you fully switch off and reconnect.

Our Home

 

The retreat centre has been carefully designed to create a sense of calm and comfort, featuring multiple yoga spaces, cosy lounges, comfortable bedrooms, a sauna, treatment rooms and beautiful communal areas overlooking the surrounding nature.

 

The sea is just a short walk away, with forest trails and peaceful swimming spots scattered across the island. With the retreat taking place at the height of Swedish summer, we’ll be able to fully embrace long days, warm evenings and everything the landscape has to offer.

 

It may be my first time here, but I’ve heard nothing but incredible things from my Swedish bestie and it’s clear this is a truly special retreat home immersed in nature.

The Yoga

The practices are designed to support every part of you, body, mind, heart and nervous system.

 

Throughout the week you will be guided through two yoga practices a day, including asana, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and philosophy. The days will combine nourishing morning practices with slower evening sessions. Everything is taught in an accessible and welcoming way, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years.

We’ll practice in two beautiful spaces, one indoor room designed for calm and introspection and an outdoor yoga deck that allows you to fully connect with the surrounding nature as you move and breathe in the fresh air.

 

The focus is less on performance and more on how things feel from the inside. No pressure. No perfection. Just an opportunity to reset physically, mentally and emotionally.

The Food

Food is a huge part of the experience, both on retreat and in life.

Meals here are nutritious, colourful, seasonal and mostly plant based, all prepared fresh using high quality ingredients. Everything is made from scratch with a focus on balance, nourishment and enjoyment.

Meals are shared together around the table, creating space for connection, conversation and community. Simple, grounding food that supports you from the inside out.

The Experience

This retreat is about creating space. Space to breathe deeply, move your body, slow your nervous system down and reconnect with yourself and the environment, away from the noise of daily life.

 

Beyond the opening and closing ceremonies, twice daily structured yoga classes and a midweek workshop, you are free to shape your days as you choose. You might spend time wandering through the forest, taking dips in the sea, enjoying the sauna, training in the CrossFit gym or simply resting with a book, journaling or napping.

 

There will be moments of movement and moments of complete stillness, all held in a warm and supportive environment. You can come alone or with a loved one. Either way, expect meaningful conversation, laughter, connection and a real sense of community.

Common Questions Answered
Do I need to have a certain amount of yoga experience?

No not at all. Yoga is for everyone and the way that I teach is all about the experience of yoga not about how much of a pretzel you can get into or if you know what ekapadakoundinyasana is.

 

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely! The great thing about a retreat is that you’re guaranteed to meet people, it’s the perfect balance of having time for yourself and getting to connect with likeminded people. 

Is it just for women?

Not in the slightest. Whilst I regularly have more women on my retreats, these retreats are open for everyone.
