Every year I host yoga retreats in fascinating corners of the world.
Retreats are an opportunity to go deep into the practice of asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophy whilst also having plenty of time to go deep into reading, indulging in mouth-watering local meals, lounging by the pool, getting pampered with spa treatments or simply napping all day.
